Basic Princess attempts to display all of our products & colours as accurately as possible. All fits, styles, and colors are represented as best as we can. Please know that when ordering a ‘Build a Crown’, the crown you receive will not be the same as pictured, as the photographs are examples. ‘Build a Crown’ is solely a tool for pre-ordering a crown, where you can chose the size and colour palette you desire. Basic Princess cannot guarantee that the colors represented or shown on the website exactly matches the actual product. You will rely solely on your own judgement in using the Website for purchasing products.

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

SHIPPING:

Once your order has been shipped, Basic Princess accepts no responsibility for any damage caused due to postage handling. We do bubble wrap and express fragility on box. If there is an issue please photograph it within 24 hours of receiving your parcel & email it to Orders@BasicPrincess.com . If the order is delivered as per tracking number indicates but customer does not receive, this is out of Basic Princess’s control.
